Cannot select scrollbars inside dialog in Opera 9.51

Description

As the test html demonstrates, you can't use the mouse to move a scroll, if one is present inside the dialog container element. Seems to be limited to Opera (9.51 on Linux in my case) - FF/IE don't have any problems.

As an aside, you might notice the blue outline that appears around the close button when the dialog initially opens.
