Cannot download jQuery UI 1.7.1 custom theme

Any zip that I download will either be corrupt or the contents of the zip will not have my custom theme.

On Vista x64 All zips corrupt: Firefox 3.0 Firefox 3.5b4 Opera 9.6 Opera 10 Chrome 2 Safari 3 (for windows) IE 6,7,8

On Windows 7 all zips corrupt: Firefox 3.0 Chrome 1.0

On Linux (Linux Mint 6.0 Felicia): Firefox 3.0 (corrupt) Konqueror (corrupt once, non-corrupt and missing theme once).

I tried again this morning. I am able to download a non-corrupt zip, but the color of the icons in the images directory and the styles in the CSS are not what I configured in the theme-roller.

I created an additional style to test with:
