1.7.2 dialog postback issue

Description

I have downloaded a custom version of 1.7.2 for just the dialog widget. When I pointed to that version my asp.net postbacks were not being fired within the dialog!

I wonder if I have to have the full version of the 1.7.2 file but either way it's not right.
